TU EDAD Y COMIENDO EN RESTAURANTES

YOUR AGE BY EATING OUT

Don't tell me your age; you probably would tell a falsehood anyway-but

your waiter may know!

YOUR AGE BY DINER & RESTAURANT MATH

This is pretty neat

DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!

It takes less than a minute. Work this out as you read.

Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!

This is not one of those waste of time things, it's fun.

1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to go out to eat.

(more than once but less than 10)

2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)

3. Add 5

4. Multiply it by 50

5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1758...

If you haven't, add 1757.

6.. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.

You should have a three digit number

The first digit of this was your original number. (I.e., How many times you want to go out to restaurants in a week.)

The next two numbers are

YOUR AGE ! ------ (Oh YES, it is!)

THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2008) IT WILL EVER WORK, SO SPREAD IT AROUND WHILE IT LASTS

WHY DRINKING IS DANGEROUS FOR WOMEN

Greece dangerous for British women
ATHENS, Greece (UPI) -- So many British women have been sexually assaulted in Greece the Foreign Office has launched a campaign to educate tourists about the danger.

So far this year, 41 women have been attacked, The Daily Mail reported. Police in Greece say the number of reported assaults on British women this year has run at about 10 per month during the peak tourist season, and they expect that by Sept. 15, the number will have surpassed the previous record of 48 set in 2005-2006.

Relative to the number of British tourists, Greece appears to be the most dangerous place in the world for women. Greek police say British men, usually drunk, are responsible for the largest number of attacks, followed by Eastern European immigrant workers and then by Greeks.

Greek police describe British women as more likely to drink heavily than other tourists and also more naive about strangers. They say many rapes may not be reported.

The Foreign Office has begun distributing beer mats, posters and leaflets in resorts where British tourists congregate, warning women of the potential dangers.

IRAQ WOMEN GO FOR THE POLICE FORCE

Female cop class unprecedented in Iraq
KIRKUK, Iraq (UPI) -- An unprecedented number of Iraqi women have started training to become police officers at the Kirkuk Police Academy, officials say.

The 37 female recruits who began their training Saturday are the first women at the academy in a year and their numbers are unprecedented, the American Forces Press Service reported Monday.

An academy officer said female officers are badly needed because Muslim customs do not allow men to touch women. The female officers will allow searches of women at checkpoints and government buildings, he said.

In addition, the academy officer said, "women think differently than men. They will bring fresh ideas to how we conduct business."

For the recruits, becoming a police officer is both a chance to earn a good wage and to serve their country. They hold no truck with terrorists.

"Terrorists are not welcome in the province of Kirkuk," said one 29-year-old recruit who goes by the name Intesar. "They are not Iraqis; they are not Muslim. It is not our way. They are mad."

An Iraqi police recruit earns about 185,000 Iraqi dinars monthly -- about $81 in U.S. currency -- and after graduating will make 500,000 dinar -- about $360.

The female recruits must meet the same standards as men to graduate.

SOM MEN JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND WOMEN

Guy's rights' lawyer hits women's studies
WASHINGTON (UPI) -- A lawyer who describes himself as a "guy's rights" advocate has filed a lawsuit over the women's studies program at Columbia University in New York.

Roy Den Hollander, an alumnus of the Columbia Business School who practices in Manhattan, has already sued New York nightclubs, claiming that "ladies nights" are unconstitutional. Another pending suit is aimed at the federal Violence Against Women Act.

Den Hollander said that the university is using federal aid to spread a "religionist belief system called feminism," The New York Times reports. He also called women's studies "a bastion of bigotry against men."

In his practice, Den Hollander spends much of his time representing men in litigation, The Times said, and describes himself as specializing in "anti-feminist cases or guys' rights cases."

In addition to Columbia, the suit names as defendants the U.S. Department of Education and three New York state agencies, the Board of Regents, the Department of Education and the Higher Education Services Corp.

In the lawsuit filed Monday in federal court in Manhattan, Den Hollander demands that the university either start a men's studies program or shut women's studies down.

HPV VACCINE NOT SWAYING MOTHERS

Sex doesn't sway mothers on HPV vaccine
GALVESTON, Texas (UPI) -- The view that many moms don't get daughters vaccinated against human papillomavirus because they oppose sex before marriage is untrue, a U.S. study indicates.

Study lead author Susan Rosenthal of the University of Texas Medical Branch said a federal advisory committee recommends all females ages 11 to 12 routinely receive the HPV vaccine. Some critics oppose mandatory vaccinations because of concerns they would promote sexual activity.

The researchers surveyed 153 mothers and guardians of daughters ages 11 to 17 who visited a pediatric clinic in Galveston, Texas, in 2007 and 2008.

The study, published in the September issue of the Journal of Adolescent Health, said a statistical analysis found that the women's views on sexuality and intercourse before marriage had little to do with their vaccine decisions.

"The families who are struggling with what to do about this vaccine are focused on issues like safety" instead of sexual morality, Rosenthal said said in a statement. "They want us to have more experience with it and have it used by more people"

WOMEN GO FOR OBAMA

Pelosi predicts women will unify for Obama
DENVER (UPI) -- U.S. House speaker Nancy Pelosi says female Democratic leaders will be key to Barack Obama's presidential chances.

Creating unity with disgruntled supporters of Hillary Rodham Clinton can be achieved, she added. Other female leaders in the party will also come out strongly for Sen. Obama, D-Ill., during this week's Democratic National Convention, Pelosi told a Saturday luncheon in Denver sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor, The Hill reported.

"I believe that women will see that they have the most to gain by the election of Barack Obama and the most to lose by the election of John McCain," Pelosi said.

The differences between Obama and Sen. McCain, R-Ariz., are like "night and day" on issues such as health care, education and the war in Iraq, she said.

"I am very sure that we will leave this convention with all the enthusiasm in the world and the greatest unity," Pelosi said.

POETRY OF THE DAY FROM BRENDA AURORA YSAGUIRRE

BELIEVE IN "YOU"

Life is changing every day,
It is harder some will say.
It is exactly what we make of it,
We just have to keep our wit.

Life is a game and we are players all,
It may lead us if we listen to the call.
It can make us do the things we should,
And make us do the things we could.

Life is not impossible, my friend,
So don't throw in the towel, just count to ten.
There is much that you can do,
If you only have faith in YOU!

EL MIGRANO ES ALGO SERIO

Your Health: Migraine Sufferers Face Higher Risk of Serious Disease
Rallie McAllister, M.D., M.P.H.
Migraines are more than just occasional, minor headaches. Not only do they produce significant pain and suffering in susceptible individuals, they’re also linked to a higher risk of stroke.

Studies show that among all migraine sufferers, including men and women, the risk of experiencing a stroke is more than double that of people without the condition. Recent research suggests that the risk of stroke among female migraineurs is especially high.

The latest findings from the Women’s Health Study demonstrated that compared to women without the condition, those who had migraines at least once a week were three times more likely to have a stroke. The study followed nearly 28,000 women age 45 and older for more than 12 years.

Although the exact cause of migraine headaches remains a topic of intense scientific debate, most experts agree that the condition is related to a disordered function of nerves, blood vessels and neurotransmitters in the brain. Regardless of the cause, migraines are considered to be a lifelong condition of recurring headaches that can strike as often as several times a week or as infrequently as once a year.

Migraine headaches can affect anyone, but they’re roughly three times more common in women than in men. More than two-thirds of cases occur in women between the ages of 15 and 55.

Approximately 30 percent of migraineurs experience a phenomenon called an “aura” before or during the headache. The most common form of aura is a visual illusion of bright flashes of light that appear as stars or sparks, or as complex geometric patterns that shimmer across the visual field.

The associated headaches are often so intense that they send their victims scurrying to the nearest dark, quiet place. In addition to pain, migraine sufferers typically experience overwhelming nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and noise.

In most cases, the onset of symptoms is associated with specific substances or situations called triggers. Common triggers for migraines include stress, fatigue and hunger.

Cheese, chocolate, alcohol and the food additive monosodium glutamate (MSG) may also be to blame. Among women, hormonal fluctuation -- especially around the time of menstruation -- is an important trigger.

The results of a study conducted by researchers at Thomas Jefferson University’s Headache Center in Philadelphia suggest that women are twice as likely to experience migraines with aura during the first two days of their menstrual cycles compared to the remainder of the month. The researchers also noted that women have a significantly lower risk of having migraines during the time of ovulation, which typically occurs around the 14th day of the menstrual cycle.

Although migraines are relatively common, drugs designed specifically for the treatment of the condition are few in number. Many medications prescribed for the treatment of migraines, including painkillers and anti-nausea medications, are extremely sedating. For some individuals, the treatment of migraines can be just as incapacitating as the condition itself.

Fortunately, the frequency and severity of migraine headaches can be reduced by implementing a few preventive strategies. Avoiding known migraine triggers is an excellent place to start, and taking a few key nutritional supplements may help even more.

A number of studies suggest that because migraineurs have low magnesium levels, taking supplemental magnesium can be an important part of an effective migraine-prevention program. Magnesium is known to help regulate serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in the onset of migraine symptoms.

Many foods are rich in magnesium, including dark green vegetables, whole grains, beans, bananas and seafood. For individuals with a magnesium deficiency, however, eating a well-balanced diet isn’t sufficient.

Taking a nutritional supplement containing the mineral may be most beneficial. In recommended doses of 400 to 600 milligrams daily, magnesium supplements are generally safe and well tolerated by healthy individuals, with the most common side effect being diarrhea.

In addition to magnesium, vitamin B2 and an herb known as feverfew have long been used in the prevention and treatment of migraine headaches. The recommended dose of vitamin B2, or riboflavin, is typically 400 mg a day.

In clinical trials, migraine sufferers who took feverfew extract on a regular basis enjoyed a significant reduction in the frequency of migraine attacks. When they did experience headaches, they reported less severe pain, nausea and vomiting.

Nutritional supplements won’t necessarily cure migraines, but for migraineurs in search of relief, they could make the condition far more bearable.

GOOSEY, GOOSEY GANDER

What's unique about goose familes?
A rarity in birds, geese are among the very few in which the family stays together at the end of the breeding season. Parents and the young raised during the summer establish strong family bonds and do not break up for about a year. In the fall, geese migrate in flocks that contain other family units, and each family stays together on the wintering grounds.

MINI-COWS??? WOULD YOU???

Mini-cows at home in British backyards
LONDON (UPI) -- Hundreds of families across Britain have begun raising miniature cattle in their backyards in light of rising food prices, farmers say.

Sue Farrant, whose family has purchased four Dexter miniature cattle for their home in the county of Kent, says the animals offer a way for households to save money on food in the long run, The Sunday Times of London said.

"With high food prices, they are actually quite an attractive option if you like producing your own food," Farrant said. "Both my husband and I have full-time jobs so we're keeping them on the side as an interest."

Farrant says the small cows are renowned for the quality of their meat and the bovines are essentially care-free as long as they have grass on which to graze, the Times reported.

"As long as you've got plenty of grass, they will be fine," she told the newspaper. "You don't really have to feed them."

The cattle species was initially bred in Ireland during the 1800s and has been credited with being able to supply an entire household with milk for a year.

READERS OF THE WORK OF SIR WALTER SCOTT ARE INFORMED

Rejected Scott works to be published
EDINBURGH, Scotland (UPI) -- A Scottish university press has resurrected Sir Walter Scott's last two works, written after he had three strokes and rejected for publication by his family.

"The Siege of Malta" and the never completed "Bizarro" were written in 1831 and 1832 as Scott, racked by ill health, struggled to make money to pay his debts. His son-in-law and publisher decided after his death that they should not be made public, The Scotsman reports.

John Buchan, the Scottish writer best known for "The Thirty-Nine Steps," read them while researching a Scott biography in the 1930s and agreed they should not be published.

"It may be hoped that no literary resurrectionist will ever be guilty of the crime of giving them to the world," he said.

The University of Edinburgh Press is publishing both books in a single volume. Editors have worked from Scott's manuscripts, now in the collection of the New York Public Library, struggling to correct spelling and grammar that had deteriorated because of the strokes.

"The Siege of Malta" is a mixture of history and fiction about the defense of the island against Muslim invaders while "Bizarro" is the story of an Italian bandit.

UGLY IS POPULAR THIS YEAR!!!

Ugly lamps star of Kentucky State Fair
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (UPI) -- Lamps so ugly most people wouldn't dare dream to decorate their homes with them were the toast of the town at this year's Kentucky State Fair, organizers say.

Patty Schnatter, who served as master of ceremonies for Lynn's Paradise Cafe's Ugly Lamp Contest at the fair Saturday, said contestants from various states produced lamps of unspeakable horrors in pursuit of first place, The (Louisville, Ky.) Courier-Journal reported.

"We really have a good time with it. It's a blast," Schnatter said. "You never know what will come in."

One lamp entered by Chris McQueen of Jeffersonville, Ind., featured a variety of holiday and celebratory themes and the participant said he was shocked his "hideous" entry fell short of a top spot.

"I thought for sure we had it in the bag," McQueen said. "I mean, this thing is hideous."

The Courier-Journal said the grand prize went to a lamp with an American eagle base and a shade made of old ties.

SOFT, JUICE DRINKS CAN GIVE YOU DIABETES

BOSTON (UPI) -- Daily consumption of soft drinks and fruit drinks is associated with an increased risk for type 2 diabetes in African-American women, U.S. researchers said.

Lead author Julie Palmer of the Boston University School of Public Health examined data from the Black Women's Health Study -- an ongoing prospective study of 59,000 African-American women from all parts of the United States that included information on height, weight, demographic characteristics, medical history, usual diet and other factors. Every two years, follow-up questionnaires requested updated information on lifestyle factors, occurrences of diabetes and other serious illnesses.

The researchers found 2,713 participants developed diabetes during the first 10 years of follow-up in the study.

The study, published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, found women who consumed two or more soft drinks a day had a 24 percent increase in incidence of diabetes relative to women who drank less than one soft drink per month. A similar association was observed for sweetened fruit drinks, with a 31 percent increase observed for two or more servings per day relative to less than one per month.

"The public should be made aware that sweetened fruit drinks are not a healthy alternative to soft drinks with regard to risk of type 2 diabetes," Palmer said.

VAGINAL MICROBICIDE GELS HELP PREVENT HIV

NEW ORLEANS (UPI) -- The use of vaginal microbicide gels may help protect women against sexual transmission of human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, U.S. researchers said.

Ronald S. Veazey of Tulane National Primate Research Center in New Orleans successfully used vaginal gels containing the fusion inhibitory peptide T-1249 to protect rhesus macaque monkeys against vaginal transmission of multiple strains of simian/human HIV, or SHIV.

The study, published online in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, found that vaginal microbicide containing fusion inhibitors remain a potential method for protecting women against infection by HIV type 1 during sexual intercourse.

"Here we have shown that the vaginal application of gel-formulated T-1249 can protect rhesus macaques from infection by three different SHIV challenge viruses," the researchers said in a statement. "The protection we observed was dose-dependent and at the higher concentration, robust, in that all the test animals resisted infection."

Fusion inhibitors such as T-1249 operate to inhibit infection by preventing glycoprotein molecules on HIV particles from binding to their receptors on the surface of the immune cell. The T-1249 peptide is a fusion inhibitor that targets one of the main cellular receptors that HIV uses to infect cells in the mucosal surface.

EXERCISE IS IMPORTANT

Hour of exercise needed to keep weight off
PITTSBURGH (UPI) -- Overweight or obese women may need 55 minutes of exercise a day five days weekly to sustain a weight loss of 10 percent over two years, U.S. researchers say.

John M. Jakicic of the University of Pittsburgh and colleagues enrolled 201 overweight and obese women in a weight-loss intervention from 1999-2003. All the women were told to eat 1,200-1,500 calories per day. They were then assigned to one of four groups based on physical activity amount -- burning 1,000 calories versus 2,000 calories per week and intensity -- moderate versus vigorous.

After six months, women in all four groups had lost an average of 8 percent to 10 percent of their initial body weight. However, most weren't able to sustain this weight loss.

The study, published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, found 25 percent of individuals who did maintain a loss of 10 percent or more over two years reported performing more physical activity -- an average of 1,835 calories per week or 275 minutes per week over the baseline level of activity -- than those who lost less weight.

MY REFLECTIONS FOR LIVING TODAY

Today I am writing my 181st post for this blog. I do it for enjoyment and in the hope that readers will learn and have something they can reflect on at times.

I am told I have a strong voice for most of these blogs are filled with powerful words and suggestions. I am just being me and I hope that people will understand what it means to be themselves and what it means to LOVE THEMSELVES.

I find that these days very little of the negative things of this world can affect me. I find that I am happy the way I am and that material things do not complete a person. I am happy for who I am and I am proud to be whom I have become.

I hope that everyone can realize that life is a wonderful experience that we must cherish and because we are unaware of how long we will be on this earth, we MUST enjOy it to the fullest. We MUST do things that make us happy. We MUST be at peace with ourselves. IF on the path to that happiness others are affected and they don't share your belief then sadly you MUST leave them behind. If they are affected and they join you in enjoying themselves and others then BRAVO! You have done what you could. You have added another person to the world of LOVE, PEACE AND HAPPINESS! Life is precious. Life is living daily with the realization that tomorrow may never come. Life is POWER!

Have a great day and may you enjoy it to the fullest.

I told you I was back! THERE IS POWER IN THE WOMAN!

Thank you for reading.

INVADING ONE'S PRIVACY

To invade one's home and steal one's possession is the work of the ignorant who does not realize that asking for something is easier than stealing it. (Brenda A. Ysaguirre)

When it occurs it is so sad,
It is something that makes you mad.
It can never be erased from your mind,
For on it you will always reside.

They come in when you are off guard,
And what they do is really hard.
They invade your privacy and your peace.
They let you feel fear and anger you release.

For every right that they make wrong,
For every weakness that they make strong,
I hope they pay for what they do,
And I hope that justice can come through.

YOU CAN ALL HELP THROUGH SENDING THIS INFO AS AN EMAIL TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU KNOW

Dear Blog Reader,
The following email message is of great importance. KINDLY READ, COPY AND PASTE TO YOUR EMAIL AND FORWARD TO AS MANY PERSONS AS YOU CAN SO WE CAN HELP THIS MOTHER TO CARE FOR HER CHILDREN.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL,
Brenda

EMAIL INFO:

Dear Reader

I am a single mother of four kids: ages five, three and a half, 17 months, and a two week old baby girl. God has blessed me with three beautiful, healthy children. Until recently, things were going great for us even though we struggled financially at times (my part-time job was not enough to support us).

Then, the tragedy struck on January 13th. My oldest, Matt, got hit by a car while playing outside. ( The driver was never found - it was a hit and run). After agonizingly long weeks of hospitalization, we did not think he would live but thank god he is alive right now ... but barely. He is still in the hospital in a comatose condition. Doctors say he will be a vegetable for the rest of his life, if he ever comes out of the coma - his brain is too damaged for him to live a normal life. My insurance coverage ran out and I can't afford the hospital bills. Right now, I owe the hospital over $500,000 dollars soo far.

Shortly after the accident happened, my 87-year-old grandmother, with whom I was really close to(she raised me as a child), suffered a stroke and could not live on her own anymore. I took her in.

All of this happened while I was pregnant with Carissa. Therefore, this severe stress that I've been through caused Carissa to be born a premie with Down's syndrome as well as chronic colitis. She is also missing fingernails on her right hand. She is in the hospital as well because she needs to be monitored 24/7. Right now I am at the lowest point of my life. I don't have a job. I'm taking care of three sick family members that are so dear to me, and it is a full time job. I can't afford to pay for my tiny apartment. My car got taken away because I couldn't make the payments, not to mention the debt with the hospital!

I know you are not obligated to do anything. You are free to delete this email without giving it a second thought, but please listen to the cry from a mother's heart! We worked out a deal with AOL where for every 12 forwards I will get 15 cents. Please don't harden your heart. If you can spare the time, then send this email to everyone on your list. This is crucial for our survival!! God bless you all!

Sincerely,

Debbie Shwartz

FACTORS IN A NEGATIVE WORLD

Hi there reader,
Today is already the fourth of August and what do you know, nothing is very much different from yesterday. We got up this morning and had breakfast, worked around the house, went to our jobs; if we work outside our homes, and we will probably do something to make someone think we are worthless. On a hold, we cannot worry about petty things. The world is huge. Internal and external factors will forever appear.
Carry yourself with pride and dignity and ignore those who would be sores. You do not need to associate yourself with negative beings or vibes.
Be positive and life will probably give you a few laughs.
Have a great day.

WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?

Many years ago a man walked down a narrow street in search of a house he could only picture in his mind from a childhood long gone.

The house had been a light blue and he had lived there with his mom and dad and elderly grandma.

Now it seem he was not going to be able to find this house he kept stored up in his mind for so long. There was no light blue house in sight. Wht should he do?

Suddenly a thought came to him to ask the young girl who was walking towards him with a smile on her face.

But before he could ask her his question, the young woman asked him one of her own.

"Kind sir, I can tell you are from these parts. Could you tell me where I can fine the Williams family?"

"I am really sorry, my dear, but I am lost myself. I am looking for the Carter family and I don't recgnize this place at all. It has been a long time since I as last here."

I am not going to continue this story. What I want to show is that sometimes we think other people can help us but most times we have got to help ourselves.
Man ia a funny character. He does not understand that there are things right in front of him that can help him or destroy him. Sometimes we do things that we shouldn't and sometimes we fail to realize that which is right in front of us is all we need to make our lives better. LIFE IS STRANGE. LIFE IS WHAT WE MAKE OF IT.

All I am telling you today is to try and make the most of the life you have been given. Be happy and try to show a positive attitude in all you do and say and think. It wil make your like easier, happier and safer.

Have a great day. AUGUST IS THE MONTH OF PREPARATION FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. USE YOUR TIME WISELY.

TRUE FRIENDS OR NOT

IF YOU ARE FACED WITH REALITY AND IT SEEMS TOO SUPERFICIAL, CHANCES ARE IT IS. (Brenda A. Ysaguirre)

Someone once said, "Show me your friends and I will tell you who you are."

Back in the days I guess that was true but back then we had what are call "true blue friends". They stuck by us no matter what. They fought FOR US and WITH US! Today unfortunately we are unable to find such a friend. We have users and back stabbing associates. It is a sad day when this became apparent but it is also a day of strength and power for the person who knows what to do and how to overcome the harsh reality that there are no "true blue friends" anymore.

For many it is a wake up call and a painful reality that is so painful that they are unable to enjoy friendships with others in the fear that they too will turn on them. I guess the saying,: Once bitten, twice shy," is really what they go through.

I for one do not blame them at all. I have been there, and done that and felt that and I have created a name for it. I call it the TRUST NO ONE ANYMORE SYNDROME.

The saying, " IT TAKES A FRIEND TO F**K A FRIEND" is definately true.

However, the great thing about it is that it fertilizes your inner self and your self esteem is re-vitalized and once this happns NO ONE CAN HURT YOU AGIN - EVER!!!

To all the so called friends of this world I say: SHAME ON YOU! You got the trust and the love of a person who saw you as honest and caring and you used this person as a pawn, a tool of your growth and gain.

Oh, well, now it will never be the same. Now your mask is uncovered. Now the real you is obviously as clear as water and you are as murky as mud.

Hat's off to those who have shone as true blue friends and who are trusted and trustworthy. You are few. You are special. YOU ARE HONOURABLE PERSONS. YOU ARE TRUE BLUE THROUGH AND THROUGH.

TODAY IS THE BEGINNING OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AND MINE

August 1. Aghhhhhh. It is finally here. In four weeks the students will be back at school and we will be a family again. YIPPPPEEEEEE!!! I miss my students and I hope they are using their time wisely.

While we go off to spend some time with friends and family in what we have left of our holiday, I want us to try to think back on all the events of the past months and look at the events we want to occur in the coming months.

It is time to set goals for the new school year and time to reflect on what occured last year.

It is time to take into account what you want of your life and what you expect of those around you.

Trust me I am heading for a completely different year and I plan to do whatever it takes to make sure my life is fulfilling and satisfies the goals I am setting for me and mine.

This is long over due. It is time that was in the coming and time some will not like because they will no longer know what to expect. Gone is the old Ms Ysaguirre. Hello, to the new me. I even have a name I am going to use as my sloogan.

LA CHICA DE LA NUEVA VIDA!

So look out world. Those who want to share and be apart of this new and more dynamic me will be screened. SORRY. I HAVE LEARNT A CRUEL LESSON AND I DON'T PLAN TO BE BURNT AGAIN.

WHEN THE TOUGH GET GOING - THE GOING GETS TOUGH!

I AM PROGRAMMED FOR THE NEW ME AND I AM READY FOR THE FIGHT.

IT IS TIME TO MOVE MOUNTAINS, MAKE WAVES AND CLAIM THE TERRITORY THAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE.

LOVE AND PEACE TO ALL THOSE I LOVE. I AM BACK!!!! BE PREPARED FOR THE REAL SUPERMAMA. POWER IS THE FOUNDATION ON WHICH I STAND.

THANKS, ABEL, FOR MAKING ME SEE THAT I HAD IT ALL IN ME.

GRACIAS ABEL, POR HACERME VER QUE LO TENIA EN MI
