His name is Xavier and two angels on Earth and their son have showed him what love means!
Xavier loves playing soccer and is Ehren's friend. When he told Ehren he would love to play soccer, Ehren asked his mom if it was okay for him to join the team. After asking Xavier's mom if he could join the team, Arley became Soccer mom to Xavier! He would come on practice days to the Partida's and his mom would pick him up after the game. Eventually, Xavier came to live with these loving people who have taken him in and treat him as one of their own.
This just goes to show that Arlene "Arley" and Francisco"Pancho" Partida are down to earth ANGELS in more ways than one. If I had a medal to award for PARENTS EXTRAORDINAIRE it would go to this wonderful, loving couple.
When Xavier received this Certificate of Recognition in May of this year, Arley wrote this...
You have come a long way dude! I am so proud of you not only for this but for the hard work you have put in the past two years you have been with us. You are more confident and more independent and it's all due to you... don't let anyone take it away from you. We will always be there for you. Just keep trying.
